Unwind the overwhelmed mind for clarity. 🤍

Living in the constant evolving world we often find our mind weighing over thoughts, speculations, contemplations & many more mood modulations. Distractions from social media & interferences from surrounding world make us ponder where those 24hrs in a day disappear.

The accumulation of thoughts in mind builds up stress in muscles, especially in the lower back and shoulders. All this drains our mental capacity to achieve clarity & confidence over daily tasks.

These mind modulations & release of stressed muscles can be managed by doing yoga poses in night before bed and in the morning before starting :

1. Child Pose (Balasana)

Yes! As the name suggests you have to melt down in the most basic pose, ‘Balasana’ to let those tightened lateral back muscles release and expand the hip muscles eventually leading to a clam breathe. Once you achieve the relaxation focus on inhaling and exhaling and let the thoughts come and go like a cool breeze passing by.

2. Butterfly Pose (Baddha Konasana)

Defrost the hip muscles with this beautiful hip opener pose, the Baddha Konasana. By opening the hip muscles and increasing the mobility of hip muscles you let go the stress stored in muscles and loosen them up leading to a feather light mind.

3. Sitting Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)

Ground yourself with this lovely pose, Paschimottanasana. Unlock the locked muscles of entire body right from ankle to your cervical.

Sitting Forward Bend

Sitting Forward Bend & Standing Forward Bend can be done according by listening to what you body wants. They both work wonders to provide you a lasting relaxation in muscles.

As Sadhguru said, “confidence is key to success and confidence is fueled by clarity”. I hope these few yoga asana help you unwind your thoughts and have a crystal clear mind.

Shortcircuit own power within yourself!

Wondering what does this mean? Well hello there curious souls, welcome to an article explaining you how to regain/retain the energy and power that is produced within the body but is often lost to external worldly noises and interruptions.

Found yourself in conversations that trigger you?

Found yourself in situations that don’t align with your thoughts and goals at workplace?

Found yourself accepting advices which don’t support personal growth?

Then here is a solution on how not to indulge in external validations rather retain your power and make decisions for yourself.

Gyan mudra also known as chin mudra alleviates wandering mind leading it to stillness and focus. This mudra helps to bring you back to yourself and calms your breath.

It also helps to release angry, release stress and increases concentration.

How to do it?

Touch the tip of index finger slightly to the tip of thumb and all other fingers stretched out straight. Hand facing upward.

Next time you find yourself in difficult conversations or situations just shortcircuit your energy towards yourself and find THE PEACE WITHIN YOU!

Love and Light,

MM.
